By downloading, accessing, or using Skill+, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are below the legal age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree where required.
About Skill+
Skill+ helps users discover skills, record practice, organize learning, track progress, and use motivational or journey features. Features may change or be discontinued.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.
Subscriptions and purchases
Skill+ may offer subscriptions, lifetime purchases, trials, or other premium products. Prices and included features are displayed before purchase.
Apple App Store
iOS purchases are billed to your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting Skill+ or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies. Future prices or features may change with notice required by law or the store.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate and improve Skill+. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to your content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Skill+, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe rights, impersonate others, abuse the service through automation, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Our intellectual property
Skill+ software, design, branding, graphics, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skill+ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every item of data, or any particular learning, fitness, career, or financial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from Skill+. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using Skill+ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users or the service, address serious or repeated violations, comply with law, or discontinue the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact us first so we can try to resolve disputes informally; you retain rights before competent courts and consumer bodies.
Changes
We may update these terms as Skill+ evolves. We will post the new version and effective date here and provide additional notice before material changes where required.
